CHRIS CASTILLO
Estimator, Auto Body Tech and Painter
Chris was raised in Burlington, CO. It was always his dream to run and operate his own shop. In 2010 he was finally able to achieve that dream and he opened C&C Auto Body LLC. His work ethic and meticulous attention to detail has helped him build a thriving business. He enjoys working in our small community—building on the friendships and relationships that he has made over the years. His greatest compliment is when customers return and it gives him the satisfaction of a job well done. Chris is committed to providing quality service and repairs that people can trust.
MARCUS GRINNAN
Lead Auto Body Technician
Marcus was raised in Burlington and we are so happy he brought his wealth of experience back to his hometown. He graduated from Burlington High School and attended the WyoTech Automotive and Collision Repair program. He has worked at numerous body shops from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Phoenix, Arizona. Chris was thrilled when Marcus returned to Burlington and agreed to join us. Marcus is our lead Auto Body Technician. He has brought great skill into the shop and has had many innovative ideas to help improve our quality and workflow.
MANUEL DE LA RIVA
Glass Technician
Manuel joined our team ready and willing to learn. He has taken on all of the responsibilities of handling our glass installation. He also pitches in as Paint Prepper and has kept us at an excellent pace. The addition of Manuel has greatly improved our turn-around time on collision repairs and with his assistance we have been able to schedule multiple glass installations a day.
CHRISTINA CASTILLO
Accounting/Customer Service
Christina opened this shop with Chris in 2010. At the beginning she handled only the accounting aspect of the shop. As the business grew she eventually took on a larger role—handling customer scheduling, parts procurement as well as the accounting. Now with a team of more than 5 people she is the Safety Officer as well as HR. She also handles all of the advertising and enjoys working with the Chamber of Commerce in supporting all small business ventures. She was an employee in the Radiology Department at Kit Carson County Memorial for 20 years—although she misses healthcare she enjoys helping her husband grow their business.
Jesus Hernandez
Auto Body Technician
Jesus was raised in Burlington. After graduating from Burlington High School he attended Lincoln Tech and pursued a career in Auto Body Repair. After gaining experience at a large body shop in Denver we were excited when he decided to bring his skills back to his hometown and join our team!
