We provide straightforward estimates by qualified personnel. CCC is our preferred estimating software which is accepted by all insurance companies. We are in good standing with all major insurance companies and local agencies.
IT IS YOUR RIGHT IN COLORADO TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED AT THE SHOP OF YOUR CHOICE. YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY MAY RECOMMEND GETTING MULTIPLE ESTIMATES ON YOUR TIME AND AT YOUR EXPENSE. THEY MAY EVEN TRY TO GET YOU TO HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED AT THEIR PREFERRED SHOP. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHERE YOUR CAR IS REPAIRED. DON'T GIVE UP THIS RIGHT!

COLLISION PAINT AND REPAIR
Collision repair is a specialized skill. It is a function that is an art and a science. Body work involves restoring steel or aluminum to its proper shape and strength. It involves removing and replacing damaged parts. There is sculpting and contouring to ensure body lines are aligned correctly leaving no evidence of the prior damage. Our painter follows a specific formula in order to mix and apply the paint to match the original color and texture of the car. And finally the car is reassembled with a thoroughness to restore the car to its original quality.
We are proud to order the majority of our parts and paint supplies from local businesses. This enables us to offer fast and reliable turn-around to our customers as well as supporting our fellow small businesses and helping our local economy.
CHIP REPAIR
The number one cause of a cracked windshield is when rock or debris on the road gets propelled up by another vehicle. If you are lucky and catch the problem early enough before it spreads, you may be able to get a much simpler and cheaper windshield repair. We can fill the crack and prevent it from spreading—so call as soon as you notice the crack so we can do this quick repair!

HAIL
Hail is a very common factor for us out on the Eastern Plains and we have become very efficient in handling and repairing hail claims on all types of vehicles. We offer paint-less dent repair (PDR) for the more minimal hail dents and conventional repair for the dents that are larger. 90% of hail claims are a combination for PDR and conventional repairs.
We are the only area body shop that provides in house paint-less dent repair. Other shops rely on traveling contract workers to perform their PDR so you never know the quality of work that your vehicle will receive.
Hail damage is one of the most deceiving types of damage. It is a visual type of damage versus a disabling type of damage and unfortunately it can cost more to fix hail damage on a vehicle than it would to fix most types of disabling types of damage.
We do like to warn customers of the perils of cashing the insurance check versus repairing the hail damaged vehicle—especially on vehicles that are leased or payments are still being made. One of the biggest reasons is that the insurance company usually never pays the full amount needed to fix the hail damage. The most common reason for this is due to the complexity of assessing the damage. Collision repair is very easy to visualize the damage and note the repairs where as there are numerous factors that are accounted for with hail damage—the size and number of the dents, where they are located and how difficult they are to access, the type of metal the dents are on. It takes using professional PDR (paint-less dent repair) equipment to evaluate the dents which insurance companies do not have access to.
You pay a good premium every month to protect your car investment—your car deserves a full quality repair not just a partial payment.

PAINT-LESS DENT REPAIR
Paint-less dent repair is the process of manipulating the metal in precise locations using specific PDR instruments to remove the deformation of the dent without damaging the paint. The experience of the PDR technician is a huge factor due to the intrinsically manual aspect of the repair process. PDR is a great option for small dents or door dings.
As we stated on our hail page- it takes a PDR professional to accurately assess hail damage by using their specialized lighting and tools. The technician is highly trained at determining if the dent can be repaired with PDR or if the dent requires being conventionally repaired with fillers and paint. Usually sharp dents and dings that show cracked paint would not be able to be repaired with PDR.
