PDR
Paint-less dent repair is the process of manipulating the metal in precise locations using specific PDR instruments to remove the deformation of the dent without damaging the paint. The experience of the PDR technician is a huge factor due to the intrinsically manual aspect of the repair process. PDR is a great option for small dents or door dings.
As we stated on our hail page- it takes a PDR professional to accurately assess hail damage by using their specialized lighting and tools. The technician is highly trained at determining if the dent can be repaired with PDR or if the dent requires being conventionally repaired with fillers and paint. Usually sharp dents and dings that show cracked paint would not be able to be repaired with PDR.
We are the only area body shop that provides in house paint-less dent repair. Other shops rely on traveling contract workers to perform their PDR so you never know the quality of work that your vehicle will receive.
To get a proper estimate for hail we do not recommend using our photo option. It is best to schedule an appointment and bring your vehicle to us. We put the vehicle under specialized lights so that we do not miss a thing!
